Haley and Griffin met me on a brisk winters morning for their picnic themed engagement session on Lemon Hill, in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. The wind kept us all chilly but made the most beautiful effect blowing through Haley’s hair. We shot quickly in the cold, and I kept them moving to keep us warm. I also made sure to give them hand warmers half way through our shoot and provided beers as well (even though it was a little early to start drinking)! At the end of their shoot, we did some fun poses in front of the most beautiful view of the Art Museum. Lemon Hill is a popular Philly location for folks to walk their dogs, and I was astounded by all the natural beauty that was tucked away up there. I live very close by, but have always took my walks up boathouse row. I’ll definitely be visiting Lemon Hill again for my own picnics. Also, La Petite Charcuterie provided us with a lovely charcuterie board, and I’m excited to announce a partnership with them for Valentine’s day. More details to come!
